QUALITY SYSTEM AND CERTIFICATIONS
LTE is an ISO 9001 certified company and all company functions are subject to the rules of control, traceability, operating methods etc. in accordance with current regulations. The quality system includes a series of operations aimed at guaranteeing an efficient and qualitatively-reliable production cycle, such as:
- testing of incoming raw materials through the use of laboratory instruments with the related analytical methods in order to verify the respective specifications agreed with their suppliers;
- control of the mix cycle through appropriate verification of the ingredients introduced in both qualitative and quantitative terms (ingredient dosage by means of appropriate scales and subjected to periodic calibration checks as required by the company quality manual); software management of the mixing cycle with the control of times, temperatures and energy absorbed during the mixing process;
- 100% control of the compounds produced in terms of rheological and rheometric parameters or in accordance with what has been established with the respective customers such as the chemical and tensile properties of the compound; the quality system guarantees a correct procedure for all activities concerning the development of new compounds;
- management of procedures relating to technical assistance and any complaints through collaborative processes between the laboratory and technical personnel.
