QUALITY SYSTEM AND CERTIFICATIONS
LTE is an ISO 9001 certified company, and as such, all company functions are subject to the rules of control, traceability, operating methods, etc., in accordance with current regulations. The quality system includes a series of measures to ensure an efficient and qualitatively reliable production cycle, such as:
- control of incoming raw materials through the use of laboratory instruments with the relevant analytical methods in order to verify the respective specifications agreed with our suppliers;
- Control of the mixing cycle through appropriate qualitative and quantitative verification of the ingredients introduced (ingredient dosage using appropriate scales that are subject to periodic calibration checks as required by the company quality manual); management of the mixing cycle using software, including monitoring of times, temperatures, and energy absorbed during the mixing process;
- 100% control of the produced compounds in terms of rheological and rheometric parameters or in accordance with what was agreed with the respective customers, such as the chemical and tensile properties of the compound; furthermore, the quality system guarantees correct procedures for all activities relating to the development of new compounds;
- Management of technical assistance procedures and any complaints through collaboration with functions such as the laboratory and the involvement of technical personnel.
